Our Return Policy
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to begin the return process.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Free of makeup, stains, odors, or other signs of wear
- Returned with original tags attached
How to Start a Return
If you'd like to make a return, please visit our Contact page and include your order number and the reason for your return.
We'll get back to you with the next steps and return instructions.
Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can help make it right.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Any items that are final sale will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order once your return has been approved.
